We find ourselves in a moment of change. For the past months we have been urged to stay at home, however, some of us cannot and should not stop. We want you to feel safe with us, because right now, taking care of each other is the best way to move forward.
We are here for you to tread your way back to normal, taking all the measures required to assure everyone’s safety. For this, we have created an internal protocol (along with audits that guarantee our success) that encompasses every area in LiPU, from our offices to our units, in order to reduce the risk of contagion.

We are here for you to tread your way back to normal, taking all the measures required to assure everyone’s safety. For this, we have created an internal protocol (along with audits that guarantee our success) that encompasses every area in LiPU, from our offices to our units, in order to reduce the risk of contagion.
When you return to work, you’ll be traveling in units that have been cleaned and disinfected daily:
Before the beginning of the day and before every trip, the operator cleans and disinfects handlebars and other points of contact:
• Handlebars
• Armrests
• Door handles
• Seat handles
• Windows
Once a day, we carry out deep cleanings of:
• Corners
• Under Seats
• Aisles
• Windows
• Driver’s cabin
• Doors
• Ceiling

For our operators
We’ve put into effect a series of measures to guarantee optimal conditions during trips, like:
· Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) kits: face masks, gloves, full-face covers and safety goggles always available and upon request.
· Training on sanitation measures.
· Other strategies, like no neckties or jewelry and keeping curtains and windows always open.
Added to this we give our clients a list of suggestions, looking to reinforce our initiatives:
– Body temperature scanning and symptom checks before boarding.
– Following safe distance measures during the trip, as suggested below:
